On the morning of this session I called my friend/client Fiovi to inquire about our session, it was kind of a last minute thing. She says to me “I have a couple ideas, I don’t know how you’re going to feel about them? I have a few outfits I want to put him in”. Ok, I like ideas and outfits! She continues “I have a “Made in Akron” shirt for him also I was thinking Rowan could wear his Knight costume and I could be the princess in my wedding gown in a couple of them”. Ok, still like the idea! What she failed to tell me was that the 3 year old portrait session was about to turn into a trash the dress session for Mom. LOL!!! I was totally bamboozled, and I loved it!!
I’ve photographed Rowan twice. First time a year ago for his second birthday and than at Christmas time for holiday cards. Both times I needed a nap after the session. What a huge difference a year makes, Rowan was the best little model and such a cutie. Here he’s showing me he’s 3 and ready to move out! Love this kid!
Then it was time for the second outfit, and yes he was “made in Akron”.
